Sullivan & Associates, Inc is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Worcester team. This position requires experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities. The ideal candidates we seek must be respectful of all people, be patient and have the ability to be creative and work independently without supervision at times. This candidate must also have excellent written skills, verbal skills, communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills, and strong team building skills. The Direct Care Support Staff is responsible for the implementation of individual Service Plans, overall familiarity with individual consumer needs and active advocacy for all program participants.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 4 years experience
2. High School Diploma or equivalent
3. Excellent verbal and written skills.
4. Good Computer skills.
5. Good ability to communicate effectively with people.
6. Good analytical ability and good organizational skills.
7. Flexibility, poise, tact and the ability to develop rapport with individuals of various backgrounds and positions.
8. Acceptable CORI report.
9. Valid Driver License w/acceptable driver record check.
10. Fluent in sign language is a plus but not required.
