Jack Russell Terrier - Small - Adult - Male - Dog - Timido or Ti

Hi! My name is Timido. My foster family calls me Tim! I am an 8-9 year old JRT/dachshund mix. I weigh about 10 pounds. I am mostly brown and white with a little black on my ears and face. You can tell that Puludo and I are brothers. We look alot alike! I'm a very active guy for my age. I like to run in the yard and play with the bigger and smaller dogs. Although, there aren't many dogs that are smaller than I am! I love to be with my humans and I am particularly attached to my foster Dad. I follow him just about everywhere and when he leaves I cry, whine and bark. My foster Dad and Mom think this is just seperation anxiety from all the changes in my life and this behavior will stop once I'm in a routine and in my forever home for good! In the meantime, it sure makes my foster Dad feel good that I like him so much! The minute he sits down I am in his lap or curled up next to him. I love to cuddle and snuggle. I'm a little possesive of my foster Dad, but again...this will change once I realize I'm not leaving and I need to share my humans! I have a strong personality and will need to have a family that has a human "pack leader" that is clearly defined. Once I understand the rules, boundaries and limitations that I have I get very comfortable and will settle right in. I don't require much exercise but a daily walk will be beneficial. I am up to date on all of my vaccinations and I have been neutered. I was tested for heartworm and tested negative. I am on monthly heartworm prevention and also Frontline for fleas and ticks. I am the dog in the bottom of the photo. My brother Pelito who is being treated for heartworm is at the top.
