* { font:inherit; } Please contact Cathy (aafdincma@yahoo.com) for more information about this pet.Hi!  My name is Bonnie!  I'm known as the 'Million Dollar Baby' in rescue.  I was rescued from one of Georgia's gassing shelters.  I was heartworm positive and looked as if I had a tumor near my right eye.  Upon closer examination the doctor realized that it wasn't a tumor but actually an abcess from a bullet that was lodged in my skull!   I underwent my heartworm treatment and had an operation to remove the bullet in my head.  Thankfully, I am not blind in that eye.  You would never know that I've had such a tough start in life.  I'm the happiest girl in the world.  My tail is always wagging!  I have the usual pitbull build/stance (broad chest and low to the ground).  I am up to date on vaccinations, spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly heartworm preventative (Heart Guard).  If you would like to bring me to live with you and be my family, please request an adoption applicaton.  An application will tell my foster Mom and Dad all about you and they'll know if we'd be a good match!  You can send an email to aafdincma@yahoo.com or dhewitt@aafdinc.org and they will send you one!  Hope to Meet you soon....Bonnie!*****Please note***** Only approved adopters are allowed to visit with dogs/pups as we foster them in our private homes.
